About the Guidelines
Custom Cast has established these new guidelines to allow individual users to enjoy Custom Cast more freely.Within the scope of the guidelines below, you are free to use Custom Cast's copyrighted material※ on video streaming services and livestreaming platforms to earn income from advertising, gifting features, and the creation of original merchandise, among other uses.
*"Custom Cast's copyrighted material" refers to data (images, text, characters, world-building elements, information, etc.) provided or obtained from the Custom Cast app, to which we hold the copyright.
These guidelines and the Q&A are updated from time to time, so please be sure to check the latest guidelines and Q&A whenever you use Custom Cast's copyrighted material.
Who These Guidelines Apply To
Individual users who reside outside Japan

*Individual users who are affiliated with a talent agency will be treated as corporate users. Use under these guidelines is not permitted for such users.

Additional Notes
●We retain the rights to works created using Custom Cast and Custom Cast's services.
●Within the scope of these guidelines, you may freely modify Custom Cast's copyrighted works. However, since we retain the rights to Custom Cast's copyrighted works, prior permission is required for any use that exceeds the scope of these guidelines.
●If videos, images, or other creative works made using Custom Cast's copyrighted works incorporate intellectual property held by a third party, permission must be obtained from the rights holder of that intellectual property apart from these guidelines.
●When using Custom Cast's copyrighted works in accordance with these guidelines, credit is not required, but if possible, we would appreciate the following notation:
"This work uses Custom Cast."
