Channel membership perks

As of September 2019, we have the following perks. More perks will be added in the future. Studio feature This feature allows you to mix and match the facial expressions and poses along with your favorite items and take pictures of your avatar. VRM export You can export your 3D avatar online and use it in Virtual Cast or other services. ※ Your 3D model will be uploaded to Virtual Cast (one slot available for your model) ※ A registered account needs to be associated with Virtual Cast (Free). ※ Please note that you may not be able to export data while using collaboration items. ※ Stream through Virtual Cast is only available on Niconico Live. Other platforms are not supported. Members-only item giveaways You’ll have chances to get some members-only items. (exclusive and not for sale)

Q	How to sign up for the channel
A	You will need a Niconico account to sign up for the CUSTOMCAST official channel. Q	How do I use the VRM export feature?
A	To use VRM export, you need to register for and link with Virtual Cast. Please create a Virtual Cast account and link it with this app.

Q	What happens if I unsubscribe to the CUSTOMCAST channel?
A	If your account is linked to Virtual Cast and has an uploaded VRM, the VRM will be deleted. You’ll lose access to advanced item purchases. The Studio feature will be disabled.

Q	How to unsubscribe from the channel
A	Visit the channel page in your browser and click the “退会手続きへ” button to unsubscribe from the channel. Note: Please be sure to log in to the account you subscribed with. If you are not logged in to the account you used to subscribe, you won’t see “退会手続きへ”.
