If these are difficult, please save your MyPage information as soon as possible.
*Users of iOS and Android 7 and above are not affected and no action is required.

We are planning to release two corrective version updates in February, one in the near future and the other in the fourth week of February.
Online mode and app updates will no longer be available for Android 5 and Android 6, starting with the version scheduled for release in the fourth week.

If you have difficulty upgrading your OS or device immediately, please be sure to save your My Page information as described below before then.
Also, the Character Code function will make it easier to transfer Customize data for created characters.

Starting with the February update, CUSTOMCAST is ending support for devices running Android 5 and 6.
*Users on Android 7 or higher are not affected and no action is needed.

Devices running these operating systems will no longer receive updates and the online mode will be unavailable.
However, users will still be able to play in Guest Mode (offline mode).
In order for the app to work properly, we encourage you to update your OS to Android 5 or above.

If you can’t upgrade your device anytime soon, we recommend saving your Mypage information before the update.
The following information will help the process go smoothly.

・Username
・User ID
・Transfer Code
・Password

*Mypage is not available when you are in offline mode.
If you wish to keep your data, please be sure to save it before the update.
