■To those who have been contacted about the App's problems
Sorry for the inconvenience. It would be great if you could contact us from the Help & Support section of the "Config" in the app.
Our professional staff will be happy to help you solve the problem.


■「How do I change the color of my eyes?」
This color palette allows you to change it to your favorite color.
By adjusting the main color and shadow color, you can enjoy a variety of colors and moods.


■「I want to change the shape of my eyes.」
You can change the size of your eyes and eye size here.
The same face type can give a quite different impression.



■「I want to change the color of my skin.」
You can change it to whatever color you want here, it's a little difficult to do, so use the palette reference.
Even if you adjust the contrast value, you can change the atmosphere quite a bit.


■I want to make my hair a gradient.」
There's no "Make Gradient Hair" feature yet, but you can set your hair color to create a gradient look, as if the colors were blended together.


■「How do I get cast coins other than by paying for them?」
Tap the top of the app or the "FREE CC" icon on the shop or app's top.
If you complete the missions displayed here, the cast coins will be sent to the TOP box in the app!


■「I'm not getting any coins for my efforts in Tapjoy.」
Once you've completed a mission in Tapjoy, your coins will be automatically awarded to the top "box" in the app. Sorry for the confusion.
